1. ORDERING:

For orders below £100 (excluding VAT) a processing fee of £10 will be added.

Quantity changed in the shopping basket are NOT automatically updated. Please click the “Refresh” button before clicking “Confirm Order”.

Please Note: We are currently bringing in items with upgraded artworks. This could mean receiving an item with a slightly different design on the packaging as to what is on the image. We are trying to prevent this from happening but we must clear out the items with the old designs first.

Free delivery for your first order offer is only for UK delivery and excludes delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland and Northern Ireland. To claim free delivery on your first order, please select “Collection from Distribution Centre” at the delivery option stage, type in "free delivery" on the comments/delivery instructions section and we will call you if required to book in 3-5 working day delivery for free for your first order only if it meets the terms and conditions.

Please note this offer is a one-time use only! You may use 5% off your first order instead but this offer cannot be used in conjunction with the free delivery on first order offer. Fans, fan heaters, clothes airers and all garden furniture are excluded from the 5% first/second order discount code. The code will not apply to these items if they are also in your basket. Please note you can only use this offer once.

You must be over the age of 21 to purchase any goods from this website.

For next day deliveries, orders must be placed before 12:00 noon. Our next day service has a 98.5% success rate.

The delivered goods remain the sole property of Dina International Ltd until full payment of the purchase price.

When you place an order with us you agree to our cancellation's and returns policy. We do not refund PayPal or debit/credit card charges. Please view our returns policy page for more details.

Customers on account will be subject to delivery charges if the order is below £800 (excluding VAT) for UK mainland deliveries only.

Delivery will be free for deliveries in Leicester over £300 (excl VAT).

2. DELIVERY POLICY

Dina International Ltd aims to deliver the goods within 2 working days from the date of dispatch within Mainland UK (except for Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland deliveries - see below for details); We will normally dispatch your order the same day when the payment is received before our cut off time of 12:00 noon or next working day if payment is received after 12:00 noon.

Please ensure clear access is given for the delivery driver to deliver the goods. It will be your responsibility to inform us of any obstacles or issues before we deliver the goods. You will be responsible for any charges we receive for failed deliveries, re-deliveries, access issues or failing to accept the delivery in the allocated time. If you are receiving pallet deliveries then it is the driver's responsibility to drop your pallet outside of the given delivery address or where it is safe to do so. It will then be your responsibility to take your pallet into your premises.

To be eligible for next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00 noon. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be dispatched the next working day.

To view your estimated delivery costs before you submit your order: add your desired quantity to your basket. Then select 'Estimated delivery cost' on the shopping basket page.

~For all international deliveries, please submit your order for a quotation. No payment is needed to submit international orders. We will provide a quotation to you by email and send payment details separately.

Zone 2* Islands and Scottish Highlands means all addresses within the postcode areas beginning with AB31-56, PH17-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28, HS and all addresses within the Scottish Highlands. This zone also includes Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly - Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25. An additional 48 hours should be allowed for deliveries in these areas from the date of dispatch.

Zone 3** Scotland & Northern Ireland. An additional 48 hours should be allowed for deliveries in these areas from the date of dispatch.

All other UK mainland deliveries are on a 1-5 day service. During peak times please allow an additional 1 to 2 working day dispatch time from the date of order.

All goods are delivered between 9 am to 5 pm. If you require a specific time for delivery, please select the 'Timed Delivery' option at checkout. Timed deliveries are a 4-hour booking window between 9 am to 5 pm. If you do not see an option for timed deliveries please inform us. Timed deliveries will be subject to an additional delivery charge.

NEW! - Leicester deliveries are free for orders over £300 (excl VAT).

PLEASE NOTE: If nobody is available to collect the delivery, couriers may leave a card to inform you of various methods on how you can get your delivery.

For International and other European orders outside the UK are exempt from paying UK VAT, it is your responsibility to notify Dina International Ltd before payment. We must have a valid VAT number before invoicing and dispatch of goods. Delivery of goods must be to the registered VAT address. We are unable to refund VAT if we do not have this information verified before payment.

3. COLLECTION POLICY

Same day collection is valid for orders placed before 12pm only. If you urgently need to collect an order which was placed after 12pm, please call into our office and we can advise what time the collection will be ready or if it will be possible to collect the same day.

Our collection times are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4.30pm.

We will provide a copy of the order via email after you have made a purchase. You must bring with you your order summary as proof of purchase (if the order confirmation is on your phone this is also valid) or the ID of the person the payment was made by.

For orders below £100 (excluding VAT) a processing fee of £10 will be added.

4. RETURNS POLICY

In the event of claims for faulty or damaged merchandise, please email us or contact us on +441162510990, ask to be transferred to a sales representative with regards to an order placed and we will look into this within 2 working days. It remains the customer's responsibility to arrange for the return of the goods unless agreed with us in advance, and once assessed a decision will be made as to refunds. Goods will not be accepted back after 30 days of delivery and safe return of the goods and transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All our electrical fans have a 1 year returns policy for manufacturing defects. If a fault is found, please inform us immediately and we will work to rectify this as soon as possible.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your paid order before dispatch, please email us or contact us on +441162510990, ask to be transferred to a sales representative with regards to an order placed on our website within 12 hours of your order placed, we may be able to refund the amount back on to your card without incurring any extra merchant charges. For customers who have made payment online via WorldPay or PayPal, the applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you wish to cancel your paid order after receiving the delivery please email us or contact our us on +441162510990, ask to be transferred to a sales representative with regards to an order placed on our website. You will be liable to arrange the goods to be delivered back to our warehouse in good re-sellable condition. Upon receiving the goods, we will inspect the goods to ensure they are in the same condition as when dispatched i.e. all packaging must be intact. Dina International Ltd reserve the right to reject any goods received back to us in an un-sellable condition or what may have deemed to be deliberately damaged. We will then issue a refund within 5 working days less any credit/debit card and PayPal charges which were incurred by us when we initially received your order.

In the event of wrongly delivered item(s) from what was ordered, Dina International Ltd is responsible for the uplifting of the items and a refund will be made once the goods are received back to us. If your order is short delivered, we will either send the shortage out to or issue a refund/coupon. In both instances, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

All orders in the process of being invoiced out and packaged are double-checked. The invoice for your goods is always placed behind the parcel/pallet label. We will be able to provide digital copies upon request.

We only refund through bank transfer. We will require your bank details (account number, sort code and name on the account) to process your refund. We can also provide coupons.

6. CREDIT ACCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

- To be eligible for a credit account, you must have placed 3 orders above carriage paid (£800+ UK Deliveries, T&C's apply) on proforma basis.

- To apply for a credit account account, please call or email us.

- Credil limit will vary depending on company checks and ordering history with us.

- Payment terms will be determined once our accounts team have reviewed the credit application form.

- We can withdraw or reduce your credit limit or bring forward your due date for payment. We may take any of these actions at any time and without notice.

- All goods supplied on credit will remain the property of Dina International Ltd until paid in full. 

- Any order is accepted subject strictly to our Standard Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of any other terms. Payment must be made in full as per the agreed payment terms (e.g., net 30 days) and in the currency specified on the invoice. Any late payments may incur interest charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

- It is a condition of our credit contract that the goods shall remain the property of the Dina International and shall not pass to the customer until we have received cleared funds payment in full for the goods or any other monies outstanding. Any risk of damages or loss to the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery. Until such time as the property in the goods passes to the customer, the customer shall hold the goods properly stored, protected, and insured. Until the property in the goods passes to the customer, we shall be entitled at any time to recover the goods and may enter upon the customer's premises where the goods are stored and repossess the goods.

- As a business, you must inform us in writing immediately if you become insolvent. If your right to use and sell our goods ends, you must allow us to retrieve the goods and bring them back to our property. We also have your permission to enter any premises where our goods may be stored, to inspect them and after your right to sell has ended, we have the right to remove them from your property.

- If all outstanding payments are not paid by the due date, we have the right to take legal proceedings to recover the price of our goods we supplied. This will have a massive effect on your business so we highly recommend not missing payment dates.
