1. What if there is a problem with my delivery?

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order, please contact us using the Contact us page and we will make every effort to resolve your problem as soon as possible.

2. How to purchase from the website?

You can purchase on the website from the first instance, your account can be created here and once we approve it, you can simply add your products to your basket and submit your order.

3. How to register for an Account?

You can register by clicking on the top right side of the website where it states, “Create an account.” Alternatively, click here.

4. Can I order a specific colour/style?

Any products that come in a variety of colours/styles are usually packed mixed with other colours/styles per pack sale. For that reason, we are unable to offer the choice of a particular colour/style.

5. When will out of stock products be available again?

If a product is showing “out of stock” and a due date has not been shown, add it to the "backorder" and we will notify you once we have an update on the stock.

6. Is this product priced per item or per pack?

If the product is sold in a pack i.e. the description says “24pc Clothes Pegs”, then the product price shown is for the entire pack, and by ordering 12 you will receive 12 packs of 24 pegs. If the description does not mention a quantity within a pack then the price is for one individual item.

7. How do I know my order has been dispatched?

You should receive an email from the courier or us when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery terms and & conditions apply.

8. Is there a minimum order value?

We do not have a minimum order value, however, for orders below £100 (excluding VAT) a processing fee of £10 will be added.

9. What are your delivery charges?

To view your delivery charges, simply add your required products to your basket and click "Estimated Delivery Cost" on the Shopping basket page. We offer free delivery on all orders over £800 (excl VAT) when they are shipped to an address within Mainland U.K (Excluding Scotland) and £1200 (excl VAT) when delivered to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland. 10. Payment options

Our payments are handled by Barclaycard and PayPal. We accept:

11. Site security

Our site is fully SSL secured. There is a padlock sign shown at the front of our website URL. Your data is also encrypted and we do not store any payment information.

13. Having problems using the site?

If you are having any issues using the site, please try refreshing your browser by clicking the refresh button on your toolbar at the top of the browser window. If you are still having difficulty please try closing your browser window then reopening it.

14. Special offers and Discounts?

When creating your account, you can subscribe to our newsletter by clicking the newsletter subscription checkbox. By ticking this box, you will be able to receive our monthly newsletters. We will then inform you of the discounts we are offering. If you are looking to make large quantity pallet orders, you can contact us to see if we can offer any additional discounts.

15. How do I collect the goods I have ordered?

Your goods will be ready for collection after our sales team has notified you via email or phone call. The address will be given to you after you have made a purchase. Our opening times are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Please bring your order summary as proof of purchase (if the order confirmation is on your phone that is valid too!) or a form of ID of the person the payment was made by.

16. Can I take a look at your products before I purchase them?

17. Who can purchase from the website?

18. Large Quantity Orders

If you would like us to source/import a product for you, we can provide quotes on pallet/container quantities. We can source any type of product, whether or not, the item is visible in our catalogue! Contact us on 0116 2510990 or click here for more information.

19. International Orders Beyond The UK

We currently supply to customers around the world. To place an order, simply add your products to your basket and submit your order. You will not be prompted for payment at checkout. If you require more information about importing our goods, please get in touch here.

21. I have placed an order online, where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice is always packed behind the parcel/pallet label. If you cannot find your invoice, please contact us.

22. What happens when I put items on my Backorder?

Adding items to your Backorder will ensure you receive an email confirming when stock is back in and available to order. Once you receive this email we advise to act fast and place an order as stock can sell out very fast for popular items. You can simply do this by clicking on your Backorder list and adding the items to your basket from there.
