What is happening at Dina?

We are open and we are processing your orders! This does not mean its business as usual for us. Here is a list of things that you may be affected by:

Stock Levels - availability is very limited for certain products e.g. spray bottles, hot water bottles, gloves etc. We are working on restocking these products as soon as possible. Please bear with us. We will also be supplying face masks and hand sanitizers on our website shortly. Please check back on our website regularly for updates.

Delays in Deliveries - Transport companies may have temporary delays in shipments during this period. this means that your next day deliveries may not be fulfilled on time. To counter this we may upgrade your delivery to the fastest option. Please allow 2 additional working days for deliveries during this period. International orders may be put on hold.

We have taken steps to make sure your orders are being fulfilled:

Our Staff - We have taken precautionary measures to ensure our staff are in good health. If any of our staff show a sign of illness, they will not enter the workplace and work from home. We also provide our staff with all the personal hygiene products to protect the work environment.

Warehouse Closure - We will follow government protocol and implement changes as soon as possible. In the event of a closure, we have taken steps so our staff can work remotely to deliver your shipments. Our customer service team will be active through email, chat windows and social media.

Are Deliveries Safe? - Viruses are very unlikely to survive on mail or parcels and the health organisations have not seen an increase in contracting the virus through handling deliveries. Until we know otherwise we will continue to dispatch goods as normal.
